Question Posted Sunday September 30 2007, 8:23 pm

When your laying down on your side and you raise one leg up and keep doing it over and over...what does that do to you? or does it do anything? and when you sit on a wall at a 90 degree position and do it for 30 seconds or something what does this do to you?

Thanks.

The first one, you're working your inner and outer thighs, and your obliques.

The second one works on your thighs/quads.
The second one is pretty hard to hold for 30sec the first go, though.

i dont know what your talking about with the leg thing over head. But when you lean up on a wall with a 90 angle. It builds all your leg muscles. This pressure holds your muscles tight which makes them alot stronger.
