How to look?

Question Posted Sunday September 30 2007, 6:21 am

Okay so on Tuesday I'm going to be in the studio audience for my favourite TV show. I'm very excited!!

I know what I'm going to wear and everything but two small but very major issues: How should I have my hair and make-up!

Well here's a picture of me without make-up (I think I might have been wearing the smallest amount of eyeliner though) if it helps:

I'm not going very 'glamarous' I'm only wearing ripped jeans and a band shirt. I just want to look alright though not because you'll see me (The camera doesn't go on the audience very much and when it does you don't see the details of the people) but afterwards the guys come out and meet fans so I'll be taking some photos with them, plus me and my friends are doing some group photos so I want to look okay.

Additional info, added Sunday September 30 2007, 6:24 am:
P.S. It also has to be reapplable. I'm catching a plane at 9.45am and have to get up and get ready at about 6am, and the taping doesn't start until about 7pm and ends at about 8.30pm, so I doubt the make-up I have will last from 6am until about 9.30 to 10.00pm.

Red and Blue can look very harsh on film- so i'd stay away from things like red blush/blue eyeshadow and stuff. I wouldn't do anything really extreme... just normal black or brown eyeliner (for your skin color i'd say to use brown) and black volumizing mascara...

I think your hair would look really pretty curled... or you could just leave it plain/straight and down...

ur really pretty btw!

(i mean that in the straightest way possible)

i hope i helped

I would go with something natural. Eyeliner can be reapplied, surely you'll be able to find a bathroom at some point. Look at pictures you've taken before and what makeup & eyeshadow colors look good. Wear those again, or something similar. Foundation usually only wears off if it's really hot, so your makeup should last all day, but try using some loose or pressed powder to really "set" it & eliminate shine. Your outfit sounds good. It's cute but not overdone. If you wanted, you could wear a cute necklace or something like pearls.

Have fun!

For makeup, try wearing a little more eyeliner and mascara. Make your eyelashes huge. Blush would look pretty too.
Clear lipgloss would finish it off good.

For hair, I'd curl it. It'll make you a little dressier and thats exactly what you need.
