im SUPPOSE to be getting witht his boy. but he just doesnt seem interested. i ring him and we talk on the hpone for about an hour a night. although he has ditched me for his mates twice in one week. he says he likes me but he just doesnt put any effort in the relationship. he is an nice guy but is he worth it??

Well, if you like him, let him know. If he still doesn't show he wants a relasionship, he probably only wants to be friends.

Tell him that you know his friends are very important to him. Let him know you would never put yourself between them. Then level with him.
Tell him that if he wants to be with you there are no more games. Either he does what he said he will and doesn't blow you off or put simply you move on. Not to be vulgar but it really is a shit or get off the pot scenario. Either he wants to be with you and puts effort in or you're splitting.
I have a hunch he could be a nice guy but he may also be the player type and looking just to hook up. Then again he may not be in to you like you are to him. Just give him a dose of the stuff listed above and let him know you really are pissed he keeps doing this.
You are woman. Unleash your roar and don't be timid here. He's got to know exactly what he wants. You need to know where things stands and show him that nobody messes around on you. If you don't do that he'll walk all over you like a cheap rug or welcome mat.
