How can i get a flatter stomach and my thighs toned ? How many crunches for my stomach a day ?
and what am i supposed to eat and how long does it usally take ?

to get a toned stomach i do sit ups start with 20 a night for about a week and then move up to 30 a night for a week...and so on...but do not go over 50 and over do it. you will get very stiff next day if you do. for my legs i do an exercise where i lye on my back and lift my legs up together. you will feel the strain at the back of your legs so make sure you dont warm up a little before doing this!

well crunches usally don't do anything to get toned you just have to lift weights

First of all, it would've been VERY helpful if you included your age, weight, height, and if you have excess fat or not.

Now, you can't tone any part of your body without losing excess fat off from that part first. I don't know if you do or don't. But if you do, you'd have to lose that fat first in order to tone your body.
