Oh its because of anxiety then
i still say drink alot of water and sleep a a little longer.
When i was really sad, i'd get these weird shocks in my fingers
and it was all due to anxiety.

It still comes when i'm sad
its just anxiety.
Avoid taking any pills though
it messes up your thyroid gland
and causes weight gain.
