man i really want a lower back tatoo but ppl say you cant get one till youre like 17, but man i see chics with tats' all the time and they aint 17 they're like 15 or 16! is there any places where they'll give you a tat' BEFORE you are 17?
oh yeah how much do the lower back tats cost? if you dont know just give me an estamet.....tnks
uisforukelele answered Saturday September 29 2007, 11:27 pm: if you're under a certain age (where i live it's 18, but it differs from place to place), then you can get a tattoo with parental consent. they have to sign this form thing. and of course, it depends on how big your tattoo is, color or black, that type of thing. the best thing to do is get a picture online or draw something that you want and take it to them, and get an estimate then. If you want one before you turn 17 or 18, you have to have parental supervision and stuff, and the person doing the tattoo will make sure to see and id and stuff so he won't get arrested. so if your parents don't want you to get one, then your pretty much out of luck until you get older.
