I'm feeling really badly lately, and I don't know what's wrong. I will describe my symptoms as best I can, so please read this and help me out?
1. I get terrible random pains through my head and my back
2. I have had trouble breathing through my nose for two weeks no, it's still clogged
3. My neck and my upper back are incredibly tight, I can feel it just sitting here
4. My whole body is breaking out in zits, on my face, my back, the backs of my legs and on my chest
5. I get these spells where I can barely breathe, it's like a panic attack, but I just feel like I'm going to die
6. I can barely focus on anything lately for a long time
7. There's this really weird feeling between my eyes. I can't describe it as anything but weird. I just get this immense feeling of pressure, and it makes me feel so tired
I have a history of bad anxiety, and that's what my parents say cause these feelings. But my symptoms are just getting worse. Help? What could this be? What should I do?

for those with anxiety disorders. See a doctor.
Tell him or her all the symptoms you are having.
You can be given medication if you suffer terrible anxiety.
In the meantime get active and keep your mind busy with other things. Stay away from medical web sites.
Symptoms for the worse things can be the same as a common cold. They can be really confusing to someone with little medical knowledge. If you feel bad, see a doctor. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
