My friend and I are supposed to take a weeklong road trip together, Which we oranized a few months ago. But she has been annoying me lately and i haven't enjoyed hanging with her. is it okay for me to back out ?

No, it's not okay. You have to honor this vacation or she's going to feel like total crap. Take her aside and ask her if she still wants to go. Maybe she'll say no, she might not be so psyched about the idea of traveling with you now, either. If she's still into it, suggest going on a shorter trip or taking someone else with you to dilute your quality time. You never know, you might end up having
alot of fun. And in the future, you should really think things through before making extensive travel plans with friends.
