i was never very good at hand jobs when i first started giving them.. but overtime i became better by becoming more accustomed to what my boyfriend enjoyed (if you pay attention to the reactions of different things you do during handjobs, you know what's good and what's not.) plus, you pick up on your own techniques the more experience you have with them. i honestly hated giving them the first couple times because i felt stupid, but overtime, i learned through experimenting and actually having my boyfriend "show me" what he really wanted. don't stress it too much, just try to learn from each time you give them!
