abusive guys - question
okay i already asked a question about this before, but now i have another question. the other day when my bf and i were fighting he grabbed me and started shaking me. so my mom is like totally freaking out about it. she says if he's doing this at 13, its just gonna get worse and he's gonna end up being an abusive wife beater. but my dad says the opposite. he says that my bf is just immature now and hasn't learned how to control his temper, but he'll probably learn how as he gets older. (its not like my parents think we're gonna get married or anything... they're just talking about it in general). so who do you think is right? is this a sign that he's gonna get worse, or is he just immature and he'll get better? and btw he does get really mad sometimes but this is the first time hes ever done something like that.

At 13, he could just be immature...but i think that you should talk to him about it and tell him how you feel. If this happens more often and you let it go it could progress. If he gets mad at something for a stupid reason, dont try to grope on the situation and like beg him for forgiveness. Even get mad to if you need to! :-) GoOd LuCk!!!!

Either could happen. You can't control it, only he can. You just have to wait and see what happens.
