Is there any ways to help someone be kind of quieter sometimes? Because i tend to be really loud and want to tone it down sometimes
And another thing how can i think before i act because i keep gettin in trouble with my parents for being disrespectful and stuff. Thanx!!!

It sounds very simple but if youre not accustomed to it it can be pretty difficult. I think you should do what your parents say and think before you speak. if you really have some bad thoughts, while theyre still in your mind, vent them. It doesnt matter how. You can paint a picture, write about it in a journal, or anything. I know it sounds cheezy, but it worked for me! <333
