downloading infrarecorder [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
To download I clicked on Zip archive (Windows 2000/XP, 3.17 MiB), and it went to a page.
A box poped up to download and i clicked open.
WinZip opened and I clicked on the button that said USE EVALUATION VERSION.
Then it opened on Winzip page with like 100 lists of things =/
Here's a screencap of it:

How am i supposed to use the program now?

The problem is with winzip. Uninstall it, because the program isn't free. Then install 7-zip, which is completely free; there isn't even a paid version available:

After you install 7-zip, download infrarecorder again, this time save it to your desktop:

Right click the zip file and go to 7-zip>extract files. Don't change any options in the next window, just click ok. The files are extracted to your desktop in a new folder. Open the folder, and run the exe, I believe it's called "infrarecorder.exe"; in some windows configurations the ".exe" or ".zip" part of files are omitted. ]
