How can i do it?? It seems impossible 15/F
I need to lose some weight. I'm trying to stick to a diet and exercise and all that stuff....but i never have enough time. I'm getting really low grades and trying to pull myself together and do better in school, and the day goes by so fast. At the end of the day when I'm just laying in bed thinking to myself I hate the fact that I didn't follow through. Does anyone have any advice on how I could be more active? I want to lose about 50 pounds. I don't want to lose it in 2 weeks or whatever...I just want to do it in a safe, healthy way. The problem I'm having is that I don't have anyone to help me stick with it because most of my friends are thin and don't need to diet so I don't want to bring it up. Please...any type of advice would be great. :)

I know exactly wat ur going through.. Just excerise daily and eat healthy foods.. dont eat 2 much sweets.. and just ask your friends.. they will probaly say.. you dont have 2 worry about ur weight which is true.. your beautiful the way you are.. just do the right thing and follow wat you think is the best thing ]
