This teacher may not intentionally act sexually to you or he is. The only thing you can do is act normally and if he tries to make a move on you, tell your parents or report it to your principal. Sadly, I can't help you much, but you might want to sit not all the way in the back but near there. And you might want to switch teachers next semester.

School is a place that should make you feel safe, you should never EVER feel uncomfortable or scared. Talk to your parents, your friends parents, other teachers, the principal, or a guidance counselor.
The second you say that he is sexually harassing you (if that is the case, and i think thats what you were saying...) action will be taken.
