If you have darker skin or hair the olive is a perfect olive tone, and it flatters anyone who's skin tone is more olive and not so much pink. If yours is pinker, the other color would look great on you. I like both dresses a lot.
The shape of the beige one is gorgeous, with the gathering and everything. If you have a smaller bust, then wear it. If yours is larger, go for the olive one.
The olive one is a little more sophisticated, but you're in high school, so you don't have to worry about that.
I think that, if I were you, I'd wear the beige, unless your skin tone is olive and you ahve a larger bust.
