i gained 20 lbs over the summer.
now i have like
where your bra is fat sticking out
it is so embarrassing
what are the best exercises to get rid of these love handles up there!
sugarplum07 answered Wednesday September 19 2007, 1:57 pm: A good exercise for that is calling "the bicycle." It's really fun. You lay on your back and rest your hands behind your head, keeping your elbows pointed OUT. It's important that they are to the side and not in front. Then, you bend your knees up and light your upper body forward and you continuously touch an elbow to the opposite knee, switching between arms. Does that make sense? It's kind of hard to explain. Basically, you're bending each knee up to touch the opposite elbow so it's like your pedaling a bike. If that doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll try to explain it better.
