getting it in everytime me and my boyfrien are doing it he has problems getting it in with the condom on but without it, it goes in fine and easily... does anyone know why that happens? or how to fix it?

Since condoms are generally lubricated, it should actually be easier.
It could be he is using the kind that isn't lubricated, or he may be using condoms that do not fit properly. If they don't fit properly, then they aren't doing their job of protecting.
You should always use condoms. Even if you are on birth control. They are the only protection against STDs. Even if you were both virgins, best to start practicing safe sex now.

Use lube. It will help it slide in if the condom has anything to do with it being difficult.
Condoms tend to make sex a bit drier, so making sure you're quite "wet" is a plus. ]
Maybe he's not used to it. He should get used to it and he'll probably get it in. ]
