It started t0 gradually get w0rse as the night went 0n. Well that was ab0ut a month and a half ag0. Its still hurting! I s0metimes jus rand0mly starts hurting when I'm walking! I have an ankle brace. It d0esnt hurt when I d0 track, s0metimes ballet & s0ccer. Is it 0k? Why is it still hurting? What am I d0ing wr0ng?
You need to keep it emoblized
(use the brace), rest it, ice
it and then heat.(switiching helps),
and if that doesnt work for a few days
i would go to see a doctore. You
can also use creams to help relieve the
pain. I like to use blue ostrich, or
icyhot. Those are my favorites.
Do those 4 for a speedy recovery.
It does seem pretty normal. The same thing happened to me and I was in pain for weeks.
Hope it feels better soon! [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]

It will gradually go away, but not if you keep playing soccer and ballet. And "o's" shouldn't be "0's". WTH?... [ cOws_in_yOur_tuba's advice column | Ask cOws_in_yOur_tuba A Question ]
