Every night you can do 50 crunches, and take jogs or runs as often as possible. Eating healthfully and drinking plenty of water will also be helpful little guys when you are trying to shape up quickly. Also, dancing around randomly with pump - up music is a fun and easy way to burn calories and increase your stamina.
Have fun!!! (:
♥, lena
