I'm trying to call my potential boyfriend(still need to get an OK from my parents yet because theres a 3 year age diff) and I keep getting this message: The number you dialed is unreachable, PPS 6180.
What does that mean??

It sounds like the number is for a cellular phone. He probably doesn't have his voice-mail configured. You'll get that message when he has his phone turned off.
The only other time you will get it is if he's in a remote area or driving in a small town or something where there is no communication tower around to give his phone a signal in or out.
The only other reason for this would be if he changed his phone number and ditched his phone for an upgrade or cancelled service.

It could mean that he's somewhere that he doesn't get service.
