is there any birth control pill that does not make you gain weight?

The birth control pill will make SOME women gain 1-3
pounds at most. Not enough to worry about if you exercise regularly.

You will not suddenly weigh 200 lbs, even though I am sure some women will try and use that as an excuse. Much better than weight gain from pregnancy!
