You shouldn't jump to conclusions like that right away! Breast cancer at your age is highly unlikely.
They most probably are growing, or you could be coming on your period.
You're a teenager and things like this are to be expected.
See if the pain lessens in the next couple of days.
If it doesn't, or gets worse, it wouldn't hurt to get checked out.
For now though, don't worry. :)

I've experienced this before, and it hurt really bad if there was pressure on my chest from lying down or something. It means your growing and it will take awhile before you see a difference.

You're 14. Your boobs are going to hurt and it means they are growing. But you aren't going to wake up with size C tits the next morning.

Another thing it could be apart of is PMS, if you haven't started your period yet, then that's probably what it's a sign of.

Hun, the reason your chest has been hurting means that it is indeed growing. It may not look like it at first but that is why it is so sensitive right now. Just try to avoid hitting it against stuff, that is better for it. It will not damage anything if you do though. There is a 99.9 percent chance that you do not have breast cancer. Most people that get breast cancer are way older. You are apparently stil going throught puberty, there is nothing to worry about. Just remember puberty usually stops when you turn around 20. But you may continue to grow a bit, it is different for everyone. It will eventually hurt a lot less and be way less sensitive. Just tough it out i guess. But if it is really hurting you more than it should, it could be serious so maybe go see a doctor about it.
