The quotes you gave are not 100% verbatim therefore Google didn't come up with anything. This does sound familiar but I too was unable to figure out which film it was.
The best thing you could do is go to Hayley Joel Osment's IMDB.COM profile at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and look at different film titles and synopsis to try and jog your memory and pinpoint the quotes.
I would also Google Hayley Joel Osment fan pages and see what comes up in terms of lines from movies. I tried for you but didn't come up with anything.
