FITNESS PROGRAM

Question Posted Thursday September 13 2007, 9:06 pm

15/f

I need to lose 30-40 pounds. My school has a gym- and it has treadmills, ellipticals, and a stationery bike + free weights and stuff.

What should I do in that gym to help me lose weight?

I agree, but dont do the same thing everytime. You need to switch it up every other time you workout. Bc your body will get use to what you have been doing and have less effect on it! <33

The treadmills, elliptical and bike are good for cardio which helps burn fat. Weights are also a good idea as the more muscle mass you have the more calories you burn. I would recommend combining the two but be sure not to over do it. When I worked out with a trainer I started at 15 minutes of cardio and 10 of weights and worked up to doing 45 minutes of cardio and 15 of weights.
