is it possible to break your chest? cos my friend was lifting and he says his chest really hurts and he asked me if it was possible to break it and i wasnt sure

If he broke anything in there he'd be in a whole lot more pain than he is. He may have a hairline fracture or something though so he should definitely get that checked out by a doctor. I hope he's okay!

I believe (not positive), but if he was just lifting, it isn't possible to break your chest. However, he may have strained the muscles.
