I've been with my boyfriend for ten and a half months now and I find myself trying to start problems with us. Like yesterday for example, my boyfriend was completely happy and everything was perfect for him and I don't know I just decided to push myself away from him. He spent the whole entire day asking me what was wrong. I don't know I guess I don't like him being happy unless its just me making him happy. I just don't know what to do. The fact that I'm not happy most of the time unless its because of him kind of makes me want him to feel the same way I guess.

It's a common case of jealousy. It may be hard at first, but I think if you try to feel happy for your boyfirend not only will you statr feeling happy in return, but he will be even happier that you're happy when he is. I know easier said then done, but in love you sometimes have to be selfless, and if you really love him, which its obvious you do, then you will try to feel happy for him. If that's to hard try saying I'm sorry, but don't let this ruin your relationship ;)! Keep going! Start to feel his feelings.
Cmilner1607 answered Thursday September 13 2007, 4:41 pm: you're just like me. it's like i try to ick little fights sometimes. it's because we're bored. which isn't bad. i mean, it happens after awhile when you've been with someone for this ong hon. just try and do things that you know will make you happy with him. and tell him you're just being a girl. im sure you love him& are happy. you just get ored sometimes. put yourself in some activties, go see a movie, go take a walk. anything to just set aside the pointless boredom in your head. :] [ Cmilner1607's advice column | Ask Cmilner1607 A Question ]
