my right eye has been hurting a lot today and I don't know why. The only thing i can think of to compare the pain to is when you get a sty. It feels exactly like that, but I'm pretty sure I don't have a sty. But just in case I do, I have a few questions...I wear contact lenses, so should I not wear them until the pain goes away? And if it is a sty, what should I do to make it go away?

So you should really go to the eye doctor, and if it is an ulcer, they'll tell you to not wear your contact until it goes away, and they'll give you a prescription for this medicine called Vigamox that makes it go away in like 1 or 2 days. If its not an ulcer it'll probably go away on its own if you don't wear contact lenses. Also, you might want to try cleaning your contacts with clean care solution...the kind that you have to leave for 6 hours so it can turn from hydrogen peroxide into water.
