If I go to mrskin.com (it's a "nude" celebrity website) and i delete the history, cookies, and temporary internet files, will anything stay in my computer that might pop up out of nowhere, like nude celebrities?!?

Please answer!

You need to shred free disk space to delete it permanently. History remains after you delete. Read my answer at the link for more info.

No, most likely not. Once deleted, always deleted. Just double delete everything just in case.
