Face On The Milk Carton.

Question Posted Wednesday September 5 2007, 5:16 pm

I am doing a project on the book "Face On The Milk Carton". Very popular book, so if you've read it, help me?

I am supposed to be a newspaper reporter with Janie Johnson, the main character, and I need 10 questions, and come up with her response.

Here is what I have so far, help with the others please?

Q: Janie, tell me some random facts about yourself.
A: I am 15 years old. I don't talk a lot, and I am very shy, and I feel younger than most of my friends. I am also lactose intolerant, and i've never had a boyfriend.

Q: When you first saw a face on the milk carton, did you instantly know it was you?
A: I didn't think it could be me, but it looked exactly me when I was younger, and I knew I had to look into it more, because it was quite possible.

Q: What gave you more clues, that you could be the face on the milk carton?
A: The girl had red hair, just like me. The girl's name was Jennie, which is very close to mine, Janie. I also had never seen my actual birth certificite, and I had never seen any childhood pictures.

Q: Did you start to remember anything from the past after seeing yourself on the milk carton?
A: Yes. I started to remember some strange memories. Like being left at a shopping mall, spilling milk in the kitchen, and a dog, who I don't remember anymore.
