I would like to loss weight before our first formal dance and I know the best way to loss weight is to eat right and to excersize often, but what are some ways(tips or tricks) to speed up the process? ? ? Thanx!

hmm..i lost weight fast by using the clorie crunch diet!..bascially.you stomach is used to eating a certain amount of clories on a certain time..soo if you have a big breakfast and a little lunch and no dinner..eat nothing for breakfast and a big lunch and a little dinner...this helps it becuase your stomach gets confused and need a certain amount of calroies based on what youve been eating for the past few days!..soo if you confuse it..it wll eat of the extra fat you have in the morning becasue its expectin a big breakfast etc..if you dont understand ill let you know again fullyy:D...please let me know if ive helped or even if i didnt!...thanks n keep askin me questions..x
