What does HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed error Mean?
In laymen's terms can somebody tell me what HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed means? I'm getting it every time I go to a certain web site and then it's back to normal and then displays this again. It's driving me and the site owner nuts.
How do you fix it as I heard it had nothing to do with the page but something to do with the server on our end not the site's. Any info is much appreciated. Beleive me I Googled this and cannot understand what in the hell it means.

It's the server's fault, there's nothing you can do. IIS servers generate that error when they have too much load. It might be caused by a DoS attack(against the server, not you), but it's probably because too many people are using it at once.
If the site owner runs their own server, they need to get a better one(preferably with Apache instead of IIS). If they buy shared hosting, they need to get a host that doesn't overload their servers. They don't need to get more bandwidth or storage, it's purely a lack of RAM and CPU resources that causes this.
You can tell the site owner to contact me for more info. ]
