I think I got it because I was stressed with school and so busy with guys and friends that I just didn't notice it at first. I never felt hungry, and when I would eat it'd just be like, blaeh I can't or I'd feel really sick. What happened to me is after that I lost 10 pounds and my stomach shrank. Your stomach is probably going to shrink, but that might be a good thing, because no one eats the portions their body is supposed to have, they always over eat. But, after a month or two I was all back to normal, but still didn't gain the weight back since I worked out after that too.
Just force yourself to eat little pro-portions throughout the day.

Just keep doing what you're doing and it will go away soon. Good luck! :) [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
