It's from the Online Plain Text English Dictionary, which is based on The Project Gutenberg Etext of Webster's Unabridged Dictionary, which is based on the 1913 US Webster's Unabridged Dictionary. You can cite it like this:

Porter, Noah. "History." Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary. 1913 ed. 1913. Retrieved 2 September 2007 <http: //www.gutenberg.org/dirs/etext96/pgw050fh.txt>.

You need to underline the words "Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary" and remove the space between http: and // in the citation.

The definition of "history" hasn't changed, so don't worry about the dictionary being 94 years old.
