Ok well if any one can answer this well i am really good freinds with this one guy but tonight when we were hanging out and he leans over and kisses me really nicly so idk what to do after that!?

he obviously likes you. if you like him back then keep hanging out with him and maybe kiss him back or consider going out with him. if you dont like him make sure he knows youre not interested (but do it nicely)..because leading him on could ruin your friendship.

Well, do you like him back? If yes talk to him about maybe going out. Bring up the kiss and ask if he felt anything. If he did, then ask him if the two of you could get together.
If you do not like him more than a friend, still bring up the kiss and ask if he felt anything. If he didn't then you don't have to explain. If he did then explain that would rather remain friends.

Ask him why he kissed you. He probably likes you, but never assume. Depending on if you like him back or not, you could either ask him out, or tell him that you'd rather just be friends. He might br crushed at first, but it's better than finding out after dating you for three months, you know?
