I would like to get either Adobe PhotoShop or Paint Shop Pro 9 or Fireworks.
Is there a good website that sells one of these that is CHEAP? Because on the normal websites/prices. It is really Really expensive and i was wondering if anyone knew of a website where i can get it for really CHEAP? e.g £20 or less or £30 or less???
I don't want a 30 day trial or anything like that.

You won't get it for that price, I'd say $100(£50) is the very minimum. Try the GIMP, it's nearly as good as photoshop, and free:
