2/4/6 pack

Question Posted Thursday August 30 2007, 9:44 pm

SIMPLE QUESTION-

I was wondering, how do you know what kind of pack you have on your abs? (2 pack, 4 pack, 6 pack)

You only have a 2/4/6 pack when you can see it on your abs or when you tense your stomach muscules.
If you want a mashine that works for getting a 2/4/6 pck, then put in '6 Second Abs' in a search engine and there should be some websites that sells it. And how do i know that it works?? My dad has one and he is getting fitter.
Inbox me for more info.

if there is only 1 bump (muscle) on each side of your stomach, thats a 2 pack. if there is 2 on each side thats a 4 pack. if there is 3 on each side thats called a 6 pack.
