Ok I am friends with this married couple, and the woman has cheated on her husband and I know a ton of things that she has done. Her husband wants me to appear in court or write a ststement but I really don't wanna be in the middle and lose her friend ship do I have to go to court?

It would most likely all just be hearsay. Tell the husband this and then tell him that you'd rather not take a side and stay out of it. He should be understanding. If he gets upset that's his prerogative, but stand up for yourself in what you want to do or, in your situation, not do. Adultery is usually almost impossible to prove and most cases will just get thrown out anyway so you wouldn't be doing him a disservice by keeping out of it. Good luck. It's basically up to you whether you think that either one deserves your support.
