what does it mean if i feel like i have to pee, but when i do, its only a teeny bit and its mixed with what looks like blood?

Could be a sexually transmitted infection (STI) - could be your period (if you haven't had had one before) - could be Thrush - could be a bladder infection.

The's plenty of things it could be to be honest, and your best bet is to go to your GP and ask them to run some tests.

Blood in your urine is not a good thing in general though, but it's likely nothing that can't be cleared up using antibiotics.
