I bought a movie from Itunes earlier tonight and I know for a fact that it finished downloading, but then I got a phone call and left my computer for about an hour. When I came back, my Itunes had been closed [I guess that could've been me.] and when I reopened it, my movie was nowhere to be found in the movie section of my library, in the purchased area of my Store section, or in the downloaded section... Yet, my money was charged. I used a gift card to pay, if that matters.

Explain what happened & if they can check your account to see if it was charged. If so, they might consider you letting you download it again for that charge or at least fix the problem. If not, there's nothing you can do to get it back without paying again.
