A lot of times i'm really angry but I'm not a violent person so I always just hold it all in.
I don't yell or punch things but it's like when I FUME (imagine it as when I'm so mad smoke comes out of my ears), my throat starts to burn or hurt really bad but I don't even like yell, growl, or use ym mouth or open it at all.
Why does my throat hurt and burn? is that normal for when a person is mad?
DearAbby92 answered Wednesday August 29 2007, 6:41 pm: It might be your reaction to anger. Some peoples cheeks and neck burn, some people have a feeling in their hands that just makes them want to hit soemthing, and I get a feeling in my mouth thats like wanting to bite into something. Everyone has a different way of dealing with anger. [ DearAbby92's advice column | Ask DearAbby92 A Question ]
