For over a month now I have been pulling all-nighters up to about 10am-1pm. Now I have a job at Timmys and it requires many early morning shifts. Because of this I usuallt have to make sure I have a cofee before I go to work cause the lastest these shifts go to is 4pm and I can easily stay awake if I try. The problem is I am sick of staying up all night with nothing to do. I keep trying to fall asleep, counting sleep doesnt work anymore and since school is starting and I recently hung out with a boy I like I find it hard to concentrate on sleep. For the last 4 nights I have been lying in bed for a good 5 or so hours trying to sleep. Can anyone help me fall asleep? Any tips? School is starting in abotu a week so I cnat afford to loose anymore sleep! Thank You 14/F
