i was wondering about on an average scale, how much is it to get your hair permed & what asre all the benifits & non-benifits to go with it? also i was thinking of getting my hair dyded at the bottom like avril lavigne, I was wondering is there some kind of spray or something thats holds on until you wash your hair, or do you acaully have to dye your hair to get it to be pink at the bottom?

i got a hair perm and all i have to say is make sure you really really really want to do it before you get one. it takes a lot of time to take care of a perm. you cannot brush it unless your about to get in the shower, it turns into a huge frizz ball. you usually have to put gel in it everyday to make it look how you want it to. and it fries your hair A LOT.also it cost from 50 to 100 bucks depending where you get it done and how long your hair is. you can get temporary hair dye at places like walgreens, walmart, hair salons sometimes.

i heard perming your hair is so bad for you. About the spray you can probably find some at Hot Topic, or a beauty supply place.
