Michele answered Monday August 27 2007, 3:38 pm: It is nothing to worry about. It is just old blood. This is not uncommon during the last two days of your period. Blood if left out in the air, say on a napkin from a bloody nose, would eventually turn brown. The blood died before it came out. If it is brown every month, month after month, then I would mention it to your doctor.
