Tilt your head, don't use too much tongue, put your hand somewhere like on his back or neck or lightly on his ear, and don't chew gum beforehand because once you spit it out it actually makes your breath sour. If you want your breath to taste good, eat mints. And if you don't know how to start making out, give him a hug and then keep your body connected but lean your head back so you're a few inches away from his face, looking into his eyes. And if you're sitting down, touch the inside of his elbow and just smile and look at him.
