I'm on a pretty strict diet & I was wondering what to do about a meal. My family is all getting together to have Pork & Saurkraut with mashed potatos. I'm not quite sure the nutrition facts of it because all recipes are different & what not. Should I eat lightly that day & pick around here & there?? Maybe a small piece of pork, a bit of saurkraut & a scoop or two of mashed potatos?? Any ideas?? I'm basically just watching my calorie intake & grams of fat. I'm not too concerned about anything else. Thanks!!
