I would try using eyeliner (if you don't already).
Just a thin line, so you don't look trashy.
Also get some skin tone eye shawdows, get colors that bring out your eyes.

Im assuming you have brown hair and eyes?
I suggest the almay collection, for brown eyes. Theres play it up or bring it out, and both look really nice with brown eyes (atleast on mine). If they aren't brown, they have other eye colors as well.
Try a step away from summer's bronzer and get a nice blush color, a warmer shade for fall. Full eye lashes are in all year round, so try a new brand of mascara (i used volume XXL and it worked pretty well for me) or even test fake lashes. (you can get them in individual lashes so you don't look overdone)
Your best friend is flawless skin, so keep it clean. Make sure you have a good concealer for zits, and finally, chose a natural lip color and a gloss to go over it. Go for a fresh and natural look, and it will last you through the entire year.
