ok well me and my boyfriend arent in the same class, and i go to a catholic school and so we pass notes ALL of the time and we have never been caught, i passed him a note today and he wrote back after that class.. and one of the teachers saw us and took it.. it said some bad stuff in it and cussing at our school is like.. "unexceptable" so we both got detentions.. idk what to do because all of the parents kno me as a well behaved person.. i kno this question is really gay but hah i get worried about certain stuff. what do i do!?

Explain how you know you made a mistake, but it really is just one detention. I would suggest waiting until after class to talk or until there's a free moment where class isn't going on. You have to remember that you both got into trouble. He got into much as you did, right?? So his parents shouldn't be upset about that. His son got into as much trouble. You could've got into more problems since it was 'unexceptable'.
