on the top right side of ths screen shows how much battery is left
i mean bars like how much service..if that makes sense

Oh that's service bars then. Usually people refer to battery as 'bars'. The same thing should apply though. Either way, it shouldn't be there if you can't see it. When you look at your phone, there should be two rows of bars. On the left hand side, the first thing there should be a tower sign. Then as you move to the right, there should be an 'EV' sign with bars following it. Underneath that there should be 'TX' with bars following that as well. If you can't see that, there is something wrong with your set up & you should call the company & ask. If you can see that, but there's other things, you should look up the symbol in the phone's book.
