If you really like him go out with him but,be careful though,watch out for girls that want something with this guy you like,when you do let him know that you don't want lies,or guys that cheat so he's aware of it,also especially since he's leaving next year that at least you spend wonderful moments with him.But,if you think you won't be able to handle him leaving then you might as well then just be friends,go after another guy who will always be there for you.
