Currently, I am in a long-distance relationship. I am up at college right now and I had to leave my boyfriend behind. The reason I feel that our relationship can stay strong is because we have been together for two years. We keep in touch through webcams and we call each other at least once a day.

I think that as long as the relationship is strong by the time one of you moves, it should work out in the end through trust and keeping in touch.

A long distance relationship can work, but for the most part I've seen a lot of people who have broken up because of not being able to see eachother. It's hard not to be able to hug your boyfriend when he's away, and when he's away, you never know who he's hanging out with and if he's seeing someone else. You need to both trust eachother, and keep in contact. Good luck =]
